The truth is difficult to accept; it is even harder to state.

Nevertheless, here it is.

It takes a handful of pills to get me out of bed every morning. I have no sense of self-confidence, self-worth, and no real identity. I think a lot about not existing -- not death, just a state of not being.

I am a grown adult who still misses his mom and grandmom.
